The award is given to recognize registered Scouters of exceptional character who have provided distinguished service within a council. Registered Scouts who have made an impact on the lives of youth through service given to the council can earn this award. Nominations should be coordinated through District Committee Chair Jim McLaughlin and District Executive Tim Long. Please contact either one if you wish to nominate a worthy scouter.
