Malinda Margiotta has proudly called Temecula home since 1978. Together, she and her husband, Jim, have three children and ten grandchildren. Malinda is the founder of ABC Child Care Centers- two nationally recognized preschools which have cared for children, families, and teachers for four decades. She has dedicated her life to develop a culture of caring, developing innovative practices, and serving others.
An active member of the community, Malinda is passionate about being an advocate for children and families. She has served on many boards and committees, including the Riverside County Local Planning Commission the Riverside, County Child Care Consortium, Oak Grove Institute, Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Boys and Girls Club, the Rock Church Temecula Valley, Sara's Way, Jacob's House, and First 5 Riverside’s Advisory Committee. She believes that leading by example is a wonderful way to encourage our calling to love and care for others. Malinda has been awarded many distinctions, but her favorite has always been the honor of being trusted with our nation’s most valuable citizens- children. She works tirelessly to ensure that she raises the bar for care for children- not just in our community, but also around the world. She works with international projects to improve the education and care of children in other countries and serves as a mentor to professionals in the field across the US. The legacy of Malinda Margiotta is seen in the very fiber of Temecula and the Inland Empire. She has a reputation for going above and beyond to raise the bar in any endeavor she commits to. Her love, integrity and compassion are seen in all she does. |
